Hey there! I'm Rob, and this is my 2 Cents! Now some of you may recognize me from a little youtube show called On the Cheap Tip where I give ya cheap tips, and that's pretty much it.

Now, summer's here and I bet we're all excited, but the one thing we're not excited about is bugs. Especially mosquitos. Now I don't know about you, but I don't like to get bit. Well, at least not outside the bedroom. So how do you fight the mosquitos? By using chemical products to spray on your skin? That's not healthy. I just happen to have 3 natural solutions that'll help you get rid of those pesky critters and have a bite free summer. So let's go!

So the first thing that we're going to do is replace our bug spray with something a little bit more natural. And you're only going to need one ingredient, vodka. I know it's crazy right? Vodka's not only going to help repel mosquitos, it's also going to soften your skin, and it's going to help treat your bug bites as well to make them less inflamed. So what you're going to do is get a spray bottle, and you're going to fill up your spray bottle with vodka. Try not to take too many shots when you're doing this. Oops. I look like a drunk. Oh ya. You don't gotta go crazy. Now this not only works as a bug spray, but it also helps to refresh your clothing. So when you've been at a barbecue all day and you've got that smokey smell, just spray it onto your clothing and you'll be scent free.

Now some citronella candles can be natural, but most of them aren't, so what do you do about that? Well, I got a solution. How bout get a lime? So what you're going to do is warm up that lime, get those juices flowing. You don't even have to talk dirty to it to do that. Once you have it nice and warmed up, you're going to cut it in half. Kids don't try this at home. So once you have it cut in half, you're going to cut the bottom just slightly. You don't want to cut right through, just a little bit. Right, so that it can stand right side up. Then you're going to do that to the other one as well. The next thing you're going to get is cloves. Now not only is the lime going to be able to repel mosquitos, but the cloves have a really strong scent that mosquitos just hate. And all you're going to do is just make it really pretty. And once you're done, it should look like this! Not anything really special, but cute, sorta. You're going to place it into the center of your table and it should repel all the bugs.

The last thing we're going to do is make an inscent insect repellant. And we're gonna do that by using sage! Now sage is well known to repel mosquitos. I wish it would repel ex-boyfriends too. Now you can use bundle dry sage, or finely chopped sage like we have here. And if you're using the finely chopped sage, what you're going to do is put it into a heat safe bowl, get a lighter, and light it on fire. Ahhh look who's the man. Ta-da! It smells amazing.

So there you go! That's my 2 cents and I hope that you liked it! Make sure that you comment down below and let us know how this worked out for you.
